Y-LAB's Materials Analysis and Testing Center is open to the public - researchers and engineers from industry and institutions can access all of its facilities. 

Materials analysis techniques and information are fundamental for research and development of new materials, and are the basis of materials characterization.

The Materials Analysis and Testing Center's first phase has been equipped with 132 pieces of world-class equipment, including GDMS, FIB, SEM, TEM, XPS, XRD, CT, NMR, Maldi-TOF, Probe Station System etc.

They provide chemical analysis, microstructure and surface analysis, reliability and failure analysis on new materials and devices as well as specialized solutions for users.
