摘要:
Recent advancements in low-dose phase.:-contrast electron microscopy have unveiled new possibilities forvisualizing beam-sensitive materials with unparalleled spatial resolution. These materials, including zeolites,metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organicframeworks (COFs), and polymers, are particularlysusceptible to electron beam irradiation due to radiolytic damage..By retrieving structural information underconstraints imposed by dose-limited resolution, this technique enables the unambiguous identification of notonly crystal structures but also local features such as surfaces,interfaces, and defects in these materials at atomic ormolecular levels. However, a significant challenge remains in capturing dynamic processes, including structurallow-dose conditions. By integratingevolution, molecular adsorption, desorption, andadvanced low-dose image acquisition, processing, and phase retrieval techniques, we can shift from static imagingto dynamic observations of crucial catalytic processes, including gas adsorption and coking. These real-spaceinsights enable us to revisit cassical theories and models formulated through traditional measurement techniques.
主讲人简介:
朱艺涵,浙江工业大学教授、博导。任浙江工业大学化学工程学院副院长、电镜中心负责人、浙江省分析测试协会理事、电镜专委会副理事长、工业催化联盟青委会委员,任浙江省政协委员、杭州市人大代表。入选中组部、浙江省“海外引才计划”,省科协青年英才计划及高校领军人才培养计划;先后主持国家优秀青年科学基金(结题优秀)、浙江省杰出青年科学基金(结题优秀),承担国家重点研发计划重点专项课题;从事先进电子显微方法学发展和物质科学应用,相关成果在Nature、Science及其子刊等权威期刊发表论文150余篇,引用次数20000余次,H指数68;近年来以通讯作者在Nature、Nat.Mater.、Nat.Chem.(2)、Nat.Synth.、Nat.commun.(4)、Sci.Adv.(2)发表:主编图书分册1部、撰写图书章节4章;获国际催化协会青年科学家奖、美国显微学会主席学者奖、中国材料与试验团体标准贡献奖等
