Recently, the team of the Intelligent Control and System Research Center of Yongjiang Laboratory was invited to publish a long review article entitled "The Physics of micro-and nano-manipulation: Fundamentals and applications" in the internationally renowned review journal Physics Reports due to their outstanding work and influence in the field of micro-and nano-manipulation of organoids. The article comprehensively summarizes the latest achievements in the basic principles, key technologies, high-end instruments and applications of micro-and nano-manipulation technology in the biomedical field, and looks forward to the future development of micro- and nano-manipulation techniques.
