Yongjiang Laboratory (Y-LAB) jointly carries out doctoral training with the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) in the research fields of new materials and advanced manufacturing.

PhD students receive joint guidance from professors both institutes. Financially students will receive full scholarships as well as monthly stipend of minimum RMB 4500 for the 36 months PhD programme.
