Facilities

We are planning and building world class centers including the Material Analytical and Test Center, Micro and Nano Devices Fabrication Center, Material Digitalization Center, Green Chemical Materials Development Center, Engineering Verification and Validation Center. The centers have state-of-the-art facilities which meet the needs of research and innovation, technology development, verification and validation, technology transfer and commercialization. All these facilities will also be available to the public.

Materials Analysis and Testing Center
We provide professional technical services such as analysis and testing, verification and quality certification on various kinds of new materials and devices to all researchers at Y-LAB. We also provide personalized and customized materials characterization analysis and testing services as well as industry solutions.
Micro and Nano Devices Fabrication Center
Focusing on research and development of third-generation semiconductor materials, devices and special processes, we provide research and development services including material growth, processing, device fabrication, testing and analysis to meet the demand for micro-nano processing due to the development of electronic information, new display and other technologies.
Material Digitalization Center
With a comprehensive and accurate material database, the Material Digitalization Center provides digital research and development services including algorithm development, computational simulation, data analysis and high-throughput testing to increase innovation in the lab and reduce the time and cost of commercializing new products.
Green Chemical Materials Development Center
The Green Chemical Materials Development Center provides new material pilot scale testing services for compound semiconductors, green chemicals, advanced polymer materials, electronic chemicals, biomedical materials and new energy materials, in order to accelerate the technological maturity and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
Engineering Verification and Validation Center
We are committed to building a world-class engineering verification and validation center to allow investigation of technologies including large-scale trial production lines, precision machining, extreme processing at an intermediate scale, before full-scale production. Enterprises can access the facilities and services at low cost to support their innovations.
