The third Global Elite Forum on Science & Technology will be ceremoniously held in Ningbo, China in early June 2025. We sincerely invite scientists, science and technology innovation management elites, and entrepreneurial leaders from all over the world to gather in Ningbo, to delve into the critical challenges at the forefront of technology, witnessing the possibilities that could define the next era.

 

Since its establishment, Yongjiang Laboratory has always been committed to creating a world-class scientific research environment and fostering an open, collaborative international innovation ecosystem. The past two forums have successfully attracted top scholars and experts globally, with more than 300,000 participants online and offline, covering advanced materials, intelligent equipment, precision chemistry, and other cutting-edge scientific directions. This year, we will continue the successful experiences of previous years, further optimize the forum agenda settings, and provide a higher-level exchange stage for talents with the greatest potential through precise targeted invitations.

Scientists and scholars who have achieved influential research results in their fields and show developmental potential.

Exceptional project managers and engineers with unique insights and rich experiences in science and technology innovation management.

General Arrangements

This year’s forum will consist of 1 main forum and 2 sub-forums (Advanced Materials, Advanced Manufacturing), conducted both online and offline.

 

Sub-forum Research Areas Include:

Advanced Materials and New Energy: Electronic information materials and devices, structural ceramic materials, functional structure materials, new energy materials, frontier materials, etc.
Advanced Manufacturing Field: Laser micro-nano manufacturing and measurement; advanced electric drive systems; intelligent control and high-end equipment R&D for biomedical applications, new display technologies, device manufacturing and system integration; visual recognition and perception algorithms, artificial intelligence, etc.
Invited talents will have the opportunity during the forum period to communicate face-to-face with global top scientists and industry experts, share the latest research findings, and jointly explore the development direction of frontier sciences.

Support Measures

1. During the forum, free accommodation and meals will be provided for invited talents.

2. Transportation costs between Ningbo and the current employment or study institution will be covered for invited talents (economy class airfare, first-class train tickets, etc.), reimbursed based on actual expenses with set maximum reimbursement limits: no more than 20,000 RMB for Europe and America, no more than 10,000 RMB for Asia-Pacific countries and regions, and no more than 3,000 RMB for China.

3. Outstanding talents interested can be selected into various talent programs of Yongjiang Laboratory after evaluation, receiving ample support and diverse development opportunities.

How to Participate

This year's forum is invitation-only. Interested elites are requested to submit application information (application form, personal resume, and related academic achievements) to the forum organizing committee email before April 30, 2025.
